Pizza Fritta, a "traditional Naples classic." This pizza is stuffed with fresh ingredients and immersed in a hot oil bath.

Pizza Montanara, a "modern classic." Topped with over-roasted tomato sauce and smoked buffalo mozzarella, this pizza is then lightly flash fried and then cooked in our wood-burning oven.
